Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to provide quality health care to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers but our other patients as well.

Please be aware of our policy regarding canceled or moved appointments:

Anything cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours will result in a $25 fee, depending on length of appointment.  If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for an appointment you may be asked to reschedule.  A booking fee (that goes towards your future appointment) will be required to book. Any issues please contact.

2 or more cancellations will require a deposit of 50% for future visits.

3% Credit Card fee will be added to any card or electronic transaction.
